Returns & Exchanges

At Vintage Wholesale Europe, we accept returns on bulk orders within 14 days of delivery if items do not match the specified grade or category description. All returned garments must be in their original, unwashed condition with all wholesale bale tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and detailed photos of the items you wish to return for verification.

  Approval & Shipping

  Once your return is authorized, securely repack the items and ship them to our warehouse using a tracked courier service at your expense.

• 3.
  Quality Inspection

  Our vintage specialists will inspect the returned stock to ensure it matches the original inventory list and meets our return eligibility criteria.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a successful inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 7-10 business days.
